Senior Quantity Survey Engineer

The Senior QS Engineer will be responsible for managing all commercial and quantity surveying activities for civil construction projects, ensuring effective cost control, accurate measurement, and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
  • 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying for civil construction projects.
  • Strong experience in infrastructure, roads, utilities, or large-scale building projects.
  • Proven background working with main contractors.
  • Solid understanding of FIDIC contracts and standard forms.
  • Strong skills in measurement, cost control, and commercial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and quantity surveying tools/software.
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
